Through HCHC, family planning and contraception (birth control) are available to anyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, HIV status, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Reproductive care is important to your overall health and well-being, and HCHC is proud to be your medical home. We offer federally-funded Title X family planning services, giving you access to confidential care on a sliding scale.
Everyone deserves equal access to quality healthcare. By receiving federal funding from Title X, HCHC offers affordable family planning services for patients with and without insurance. Our sliding fee program allows patients with income below the federal poverty level to receive family planning services for free. We never want the expense of services to prevent you from receiving the reproductive care you deserve from well-trained, qualified providers.
For patients 18 and up, we offer pharmacist-prescribed birth control. This innovative process allows simplified access so you can quickly receive your contraception through the HCHC pharmacy and skip the wait for a doctor’s visit.
Clear communication is key to successful healthcare, and language should never be a barrier. That’s why we offer in-person Spanish and Arabic language interpreters. All HCHC locations have video interpreter services, allowing you to easily collaborate with our healthcare providers on your family planning.
Stay in tune with your medical health using the Healow patient portal. This free service lets you view upcoming appointments, visit summaries, and lab results. You can even message your providers and request prescription refills.
We understand that family planning and sexual health are private matters. If you want to receive confidential care, just let us know.
