Our HCHC family doctors and primary care providers treat patients with and without insurance. We provide generous discounts for individuals and families without insurance or those with higher deductible plans to ensure you receive the medical care you need. We provide our sliding scale program to patients and their families with incomes below the federal poverty level. We also offer a pharmacy discount program and health insurance counseling.
We have Spanish and Arabic language interpreters available and access to phone interpreters for a variety of world languages to facilitate clear communication between our family doctors, primary care providers and patients. We also translate our guides and resources into Spanish and Arabic so our community has access to information they can use.
Our Healow patient portal is a fantastic way to contact our family doctors, review reports, and track your medical care and history. It’s FREE to download and provides additional resources like health trackers and referral requests.
