With experience in primary care—including pediatrics and women’s health—Catherine is skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of health needs. She is passionate about forming meaningful connections with her patients and helping them improve their overall health and quality of life. Catherine takes a holistic and empathetic approach to care, listening carefully to patients’ concerns and working collaboratively to find accessible, practical solutions that support their well-being.

Outside of her clinical work, Catherine enjoys hiking, watching movies, experimenting with new recipes, and participating in book clubs. She is currently focused on incorporating more healthy eating habits and physical activity into her lifestyle, with the goal of running another half marathon—and eventually a full marathon.

Jeff specializes in supporting adults through a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, life stress, occupational challenges, self-esteem, grief, men’s issues, relationship difficulties, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. He provides both short-term, solution-focused sessions and traditional therapy to help clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals.

As Director of Behavioral Health, Jeff oversees program development and supervises the behavioral health team, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. His approach is calm and compassionate, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported. Jeff encourages new perspectives and strategies to help individuals improve their well-being and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Jeff is an avid Virginia Cavaliers football and basketball fan and also cheers for the New England Patriots. He enjoys spending time with his family and two Australian shepherds and makes time for exercise whenever possible.

She utilizes evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, with a person-centered approach that empowers clients to heal. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, including hiking, kayaking, and BBQing. Over the next year, Bushra hopes to gain more training in EFIT or IFS to further support clients dealing with trauma.
