Our experienced clinical team works diligently to provide access to the best protection for you and your family. From the oldest to the youngest, staying up to date on your COVID-19 vaccine is your best defense against severe illness and hospitalization due to the coronavirus.
HCHC offers the latest Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for adults and children 6 months and older. Whether or not you are a patient, all in the community are welcome to get vaccinated during our vaccine clinic hours. Stay tuned for the Fall 2024 schedule!
Please note that we are scheduling vaccination appointments due to the 45-minutes required to thaw time before administering the vaccine. Bring your insurance card and COVID-19 vaccine card if you would like it completed at the visit.
Almost half of HCHC patients are best served in a language other than English. That’s why we are proud to offer communication tools so you can understand and make informed decisions about your healthcare. We offer on-site interpretation services for Spanish and Arabic-speaking patients, and all HCHC locations provide phone interpreter services for a wide variety of world languages.
