HCHC is offering the Moderna COVID vaccine and flu vaccines by appointment to our patients every Monday at Stone Port and on alternating Tuesdays at Elkton and Park View. For those looking for more flexible options, we are hosting a special Saturday morning vaccine clinic that is open to everyone in the community, whether you are an HCHC patient or not.
